PROJECT 3

In this final project, students must design a structure that will allow users to “DISCOVER” the people, places, activities, culture, history, etc. associated with Kampung Morten, Malacca. It will function as a visitor center that could display interpretive exhibits, including a walk-through historical or cultural journey museum-like exhibition, and an interactive and engaging “edutainment” program and areas or spaces to assist the tour guide in giving briefings to visitors before going on tours. All this information shall be transformed into spaces that require a poetic touch architecturally.
